Warranty
The Yoogo self-defense keychain is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects compromising the use recommended by Yoogo Projections. This does not include minor imperfections that do not affect the use of the keychain. Any alteration resulting from abusive use of the product is not covered under warranty. Yoogo Projections reserves the right to judge the nature of the use that led to the alteration.
Manufacturing defects
In the case of a keychain with a manufacturing defect compromising the use recommended by Yoogo Projections, please return it for analysis. We will send you another keychain. Yoogo Projections will refund the shipping costs for the returned defective unit.
